I offer Wood Destroying Organism inspections also known as "termite inspections". These are required for certain types of loans and always a good idea on older homes, especially frame built homes.

Whether you need a 4 point, a roof certification, or a wind mitigation report, I have you covered. Don't pay more than you have to for home insurance. Wind mitigation reports can also be used to help figure out where you can make strength improvements to your home so that it can better withstand Florida's storms.

I use advanced infrared thermal imaging cameras to detect potential issues that may be missed otherwise. This can include leaks, missing insulation, overheating electrical connections, etc. You're not likely to find another inspector in the area that uses the same level of cameras that I do.

It's important to know what kind of allergens may be present in your home. I will take air samples that are then tested in a lab to see exactly what you're breathing. I am an FAA Certified Drone Pilot. I use drones to access hard to reach places that may be unsafe to walk like tall, steep roofs or chimneys. I also offer real estate photography services such as drone photography and video house tours and 360 photos and videos.
